Mr. Levac is a technocrat and entrepreneur that has been involved in the high-tech industry for over 15 years, five of which were spent in the health care industry. He started his career as a computer programmer and has since occupied various specialized and management positions within industries such as healthcare, plastics, information technology and communications.

His areas of expertise are marketing and business development for start-up high tech companies. Since 2007, Mr. Levac has also been Managing Director of the New-York based Hamilton Institute as well as being a long-standing member of the IHIQS.
